MANUKA HONEY:
The bees gather our Manuka honey from the vast sources in our remote and unpolluted bush areas of Northland. This unique and aromatic honey is produced from the delicate white blossom of the Manuka tree and is a distinctively strong rich flavoured honey...More .... 

CLOVER HONEY:
Clover honey is produced from the clean pasture areas in our region. It has a light traditional flavour which is great in honey drinks and for use in cooking.

MULTI FLORA HONEY:
A combination of our unique New Zealand bush floral sources and our pasture honey produces a complex and full flavoured honey.

POHUTUKAWA HONEY:
The vibrant red flowers of the pohutukawa tree produces a mild, slightly salty honey. The pohutukawa tree is known as New Zealand's Christmas tree and can be found along Northland beach areas. Only a few beekeepers produce this lovely white honey prized for its smooth texture. A very seasonal honey.

REWAREWA HONEY:
The bees gather Rewarewa honey form New Zealand's Honeysuckle tree. Its nectar has a beautiful deep reddish amber appearance and produces an intense rich malt flavour.

TAWARI HONEY:
Derived from the beautiful large white flowers of the tawari tree, this deep golden honey is best known for its sweet butterscotch taste. Excellent in a honey drink and as an ice-cream topping.

All our pure honey is available in 250 gram, 500 gram and 1 kilogram sizes.
