Shipping and handling charges
Freight is charged by weight and destination. Please note that all international orders over $250 will be charged $12.00 insurance fee on top of the total shipping charge. Orders under $250 are covered. Please note that a nominal handling charge is included to cover the costs of packing, packaging materials, etc. We aim to keep these prices at a minimum to the customer and do NOT include a profit margin on shipping costs.
Delivery Targets
Delivery targets are a guide only and we do not guarantee that your order will be delivered within these delivery targets. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
Domestic: up to 2 working days (no Saturday delivery).
International Air: 3-10 working days
Regarding international orders, you can expect that items will usually arrive at their destination within the time frame specified. Because we do not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we cannot guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the target delivery times. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or held in customs, may take longer.
Dispatch
Orders are shipped promptly after clearance of funds.

Electronic Payment
Electronic payments through this site are highly secure. Credit card details are encrypted, so they cannot be read even in the unlikely event of the purchase details being intercepted.
Customs
Any additional import duty or tariffs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we have no control over the seizure of our products in international customs, therefore do not take responsibility for parcels withheld for this reason.
Before ordering please check how much honey your country will allow. We recommend that you check your country’s import regulations prior to ordering.
Product Quality
We consider our products to be of the highest quality. We take every precaution to ensure that the high quality of product is maintained.
Return Rights
Faulty products will be replaced free of charge if deemed so by The Honey Centre. Goods returned must be in their original packaging, unopened and are returned at the customer's expense.
